FLOS PENDELLEUCHTE PARENTESI 50
Die Designer Achille Castiglioni und Pio Manzù entwarfen die Flos Parentesi bereits 1971 – damals eine Innovation in der flexiblen Beleuchtung. Heute ist der Flos-Klassiker ein fester Bestandteil der Produktpalette und dank seiner Zeitlosigkeit und Funktionalität gefragt wie eh und je.
Anlässlich der Milano Design Week 2021 hat Flos das 50-jährige Bestehen von Parentesi mit Giovanna Castiglioni und Giacomo Manzoni, Tochter bzw. Sohn des Designers der kultigen, meistverkauften Flos-Lampe, gefeiert und zwei neue Farben vorgestellt, die nach einer sorgfältigen Studie des Werks der beiden Meister ausgewählt wurden.
Die neue Lackierung des Parentesi in Orange Signal ist eine Hommage an die Farbe, die Pio Manzù für alle seine für FIAT realisierten Prototypen verwendet hat.
Das Design der Parentesi erweist sich als äußerst intelligent – die Stehleuchte besteht aus einem runden Sockel und einem Stahlseil, das vom Sockel bis zur Decke gespannt ist. An ihr ist der Lampenkörper aus spritzgegossenem Elastomer befestigt, an dem die Lampenfassung mit der Glühbirne hängt. Der Lampenkörper fungiert als eine Art Wagen, da er mühelos am Stahlseil entlang gleiten kann, was auch eine Höhenverstellung des Scheinwerferlichts ermöglicht. Auf diese Weise ermöglicht die Parentesi eine zonierte Beleuchtung nach den Bedürfnissen des Benutzers.
Die erfolgreiche und zeitlose Leuchte Flos ist in zwei Versionen erhältlich: Die Parentesi D verfügt über einen integrierten Dimmer, während die normale Parentesi mit einem Schalter an der Lampenfassung ein- und ausgeschaltet werden kann. Ob als Leseleuchte oder zur Beleuchtung von Sitzgruppen im privaten oder öffentlichen Raum – Parentesi gefällt immer mit ihrem filigranen und dennoch hochmodernen Charakter.
